Dominique Moore, Assistant Editor
I support the acquisitions work of Mark Simpson-Vos and can answer any questions about his areas of acquisition. I also acquire in gender and sexuality studies, African American studies, literary studies, and media studies.
I have an MA in African American Studies from UCLA and a BA in English literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining UNC Press in 2019, I worked in publishing for several years as a copyeditor and proofreader, as a managing editor, and most recently as an assistant editor at Ohio State University Press, where I was also Mellon University Press Fellow.
